Sometimes when I start ContactsLaw, I start on the 'Today' tab in My Portal and other times I start at my Task List.  Why is this?

ContactsLaw will start on the Tasks tab in most cases, except when:
  • An update has been installed and new release notes are available; or
  • There are announcements which fall within the current period.

This behaviour gives users the opportunity to see what's new in ContactsLaw following changes to the software, and to read announcements posted by authorised members.
